Exchanges & returns

We hope you love all of your GUAJA. purchases but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

We will happily provide you with an exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) on all items, as long as your return meets the below requirements.

> RETURNS

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please fill the Return Form here.

The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Portugal shall be borne by you. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns or exchanges.

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and with all original tags. 
Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

GUAJA. reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at your cost. 

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


> NON-EU CONTRIES

For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:

Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.


> EXCHANGES

You can exchange your garment for any size or different item (if available in stock) in 14 days after receiving them. In case of an exchange, we offer the shipping (Express Shipping 24h-48h) of the new part/s from our attelier to your address. Just fill in the Exchange Form here.

Please note that shipping costs from your address to ours are at your expense, for sustainability reasons, we only offer free exchanges once.

We will process exchanges within 2-3 days of receiving your item(s) and we will contact you as soon as your exchange is shipped from our atelier.

> INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED

We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible! All costs associated with shipping the item are borne by us.

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We ask that you contact the team via email to customersupport@guajastudio.com with images of the damage and order number so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.


> HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It’s only possible to cancel your order if it wasn't already shipped.

Please reach out to customersupport@guajastudio.com immediately to assist and include your order number.


You will receive the full amount that you paid, including the shipping fee.


> CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED THROUGH KLARNA?

All purchases made through Klarna can be returned in accordance with our standard Return Policy. GUAJA. will process your return as normal and Klarna will adjust your payment schedule accordingly, if your return meets our requirements. 
If you have made a payment already, Klarna will process amounts back to the card you purchased from. You will receive an email from Klarna once the refund has been processed to communicate any changes to your payment schedule.


GUAJA. is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. By placing an order with GUAJA., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns or exchanges.
