Portugal and Spain are shipped through FEMA transportation agency with the same delivery information as mentioned above.

You have 14 days from receiving the order to request an Exhange or Returns. You just need to fill in the Return Form here.

In the case of an Exchange, we offer the shipping cost (express delivery 24h-48h) of the new piece from our atelier to the customer's address.
