To initiate the pick-up process at your address, we kindly request that you complete the payment first.

Once we receive the payment notification, an email containing the return label will be sent to you. Please note that our team operates between 10am to 7pm (CEST). If you make the purchase of the service outside of these hours, you can expect to receive the return label on the following business day.
It is essential to print the provided tag and affix it securely on the exterior of the box used for returning your order.
