Social Media Manager

With Rita as our Creative Director and Sofia as our CEO, we’re building a brand that blends thoughtful design, storytelling, and authentic connection. To grow and elevate our digital presence, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our office in Guimarães - someone who brings precision, energy, and strategic execution to our visual and editorial narrative.

About the Role

You will work not only directly with Rita, but report to her to execute our social media and content vision - while strategic and visual direction remains in the hands of the Founders, you will be able to bring new ideas do the table and craft them. Keep in mind this is not a beginner position. We need someone who can command the content workflow from start to finish, thrive in a fast-paced studio environment, be extremely dynamic and pro-active, focused on elevating our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) with excellence.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Build and manage the content calendar across all social channels - approved previously by our Creative Director;

• Deliver daily and campaign-aligned posts, aligned with brand tone and aesthetic;

• Monitor performance metrics and present actionable weekly reports - excel dominance needed;

• Identify what’s working and propose improvements;

• Stay on top of trends and competitor benchmarks that support our strategy;

• Engage proactively with our online community to enhance brand connection;


• Be present in our studio and on photoshoots to film and edit behind-the-scenes content;

• Join visits to suppliers, manufacturers, fittings, and other production moments to capture authentic storytelling and BTS;

• When appropriate, appear in content (videos, stories) to reinforce authenticity and voice.

The Profile

We’re seeking a candidate with:

— 3 to 4 years minimum in social media management for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands; this is a demanding role, not for beginners.

— Mandatory: all brand communication is conducted in English, so a high level of the language is required;

— Skilled at reading data and translating insights into actions;

— Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly organised;

— Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and digital trends;

— Should have great skills of filming, editing both photos and videos, and publishing content with autonomy and precision. (should be comfortable with platforms like canva & capcut, adobe photoshop and illustrator knowledge is not requires but appreciated)
