Assim que recebermos a notificação de pagamento, receberás um e-mail do apoio ao cliente com a confirmação da recolha na tua morada. Por favor, nota que a nossa equipa funciona entre as 9h e as 18h. Se fizeres a compra fora deste horário, irás receber o email de confirmação no dia útil seguinte.
Não é necessário imprimir qualquer etiqueta de devolução, o estafeta tratará de tudo. Pedimos-te que embales o(s) artigo(s) com o máximo cuidado, garantindo a sua segurança dentro da caixa.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Items marked as "FINAL SALE" can only be returned for in-store credit.
Customers must register their return/exchange within 30 calendar days of the shipment confirmation date through our returns portal.
In case of an Exchange, we offer the shipping cost of the new piece from our atelier to your address.
Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the European Union. Orders placed outside the EU are not eligible for exchanges; however, customers may still return items for a refund.
