EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Customers must register their return/exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery through our returns portal. Once registered, you will have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.
In case of an Exchange, we offer the shipping cost of the new piece from our atelier to your address.
Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within the European Union. Orders placed outside the EU are not eligible for exchanges; however, customers may still return items for a refund.
